Dissolved Air Flotation

Trovec provides packaged dissolved air flotation systems sized for each project, from 10 to 2,000+ GPM. With integrated chemical treatment, whitewater recycle, trained operators, and dewatering support, Trovec helps remove oil, grease, FOG, iron, and suspended solids while reducing sludge volume and improving water reuse or discharge quality.

Filter Press Dewatering

Trovec turns low-solids slurry into a dry, stackable filter cake using plate and frame filter presses, matched conditioning chemistry, and around-the-clock operational support. These systems help reduce liquid waste volume, truck traffic, and disposal costs while recovering clarified filtrate for process reuse, recycling, or discharge.

Centrifuges

Trovec operates 2-phase and 3-phase decanter centrifuges for continuous solids removal, fluid recovery, dewatering, and three-phase separation. Available as equipment rental, operated rental, or a full-service program, these systems support drilling fluids, process water, slurries, tank bottoms, emulsion processing, and weight material recovery.

On-the-Fly Treatment

Trovec applies treatment chemistry directly into moving water during transfer, helping control bacteria, souring, iron, and scale before they reach the process. With inline injection systems, real-time monitoring, blend compatibility testing, and no need for added pits or holding tanks, on-the-fly treatment helps keep water moving without creating a storage bottleneck.

Manpower & Labor Services

Pond & Tank Cleaning
