Water Treatment (Reuse)

• Full scale reuse facility capable of 150k BPD with additional expansion possible.
• Facility consists of oxidative treatment to achieve customer driven KPIs, solids management, and oil separation.
• All facilities come with a semi-custom design to conform to allotted plot of land according to customer availability.
• Capability to treat to full KPI on the fly to go straight to frac.

Water Treatment (Disinfection)

• On the fly disinfection for kill and H2S control while sending water directly to frac.
• Ability to flip impoundments to achieve desired KPI.
• Ability to treat facilities for H2S.
• Ability to provide additional frac chemicals or scale package as needed.

Solids Management

• Hydraulic filter press to dewater solids.
• Stand alone or “bolt on” to facilities.
• 100 Cu. Ft. plate and frame press with dual 2” AODD pumps capable of dewatering sludge to send the filtrate straight to discharge stream or to inlet for additional assistance with “seeding” while being used on treatment facilities.
• Dry “cake” disposed of at landfill once water/liquid is recovered.
